Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about RevenueScale and how it helps PI firms measure true marketing ROI.
01
What Is RevenueScale?
What is RevenueScale?
RevenueScale is the revenue intelligence platform built specifically for personal injury law firms. We connect your marketing spend to case outcomes — tracking every lead from first click to signed retainer to settlement — so you can measure true cost per case by vendor and make data-driven budget decisions.
What is revenue intelligence?
Revenue intelligence goes beyond marketing analytics. While tools like Google Analytics track clicks and website visits, revenue intelligence tracks the full revenue journey: which marketing sources generate leads that become signed cases that produce settlements. It's the difference between measuring activity and measuring results.

Personal injury law firms spending $100K or more per month on marketing across multiple lead sources. Our platform is purpose-built for the PI vertical — we understand settlement timelines, case types, intake workflows, and the vendor landscape that's unique to personal injury marketing.
02
Is This Right for My Firm?
What size firm is RevenueScale designed for?
RevenueScale works best for PI firms with 10–50 attorneys, marketing budgets of $100K–$750K per month, and 5 or more active lead sources. If you're managing multiple vendors and struggling to determine which ones actually deliver cases — not just leads — you're our ideal client.
We only use one or two lead sources. Do we still need this?
Probably not yet. RevenueScale delivers the most value when you're managing multiple vendors and need to compare performance across sources. If you're working with just one or two lead sources, you may be able to track ROI manually. But if you're planning to scale, having attribution infrastructure in place early prevents the data gaps that become painful later.
We're a mass tort firm, not just PI. Does RevenueScale work for us?
Yes. Many of our clients run both PI and mass tort campaigns. RevenueScale tracks attribution across both, so you can compare cost per case for your PI lead sources alongside your mass tort acquisition costs. The settlement timeline differences between PI and mass tort make attribution even more critical.

How Does It Work?
How does RevenueScale track where cases come from?
We use multi-touch attribution that starts at the lead source and follows the case through your entire pipeline. Digital leads are tagged automatically through our integrations with Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms. Phone leads are attributed via CallRail integration. Offline sources like TV and billboards use dedicated tracking numbers and landing pages. All of this data flows into a single dashboard.
What integrations does RevenueScale support?
We integrate natively with LeadDocket (our deepest integration), Salesforce, HubSpot, Filevine, Clio, MyCase, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and CallRail. We also offer API and webhook support for custom connections. If your system isn't listed, ask us — we've built dozens of custom integrations.

Most firms are fully operational within 2–3 weeks. LeadDocket users often go live in under a week thanks to our native integration. Your dedicated analyst handles the technical setup, data mapping, and source taxonomy — so your team's involvement is minimal.

Cost & ROI
How much does RevenueScale cost?
Pricing is customized based on your firm's size, lead volume, and integration needs. We use a single, transparent pricing model — no per-user charges, no feature tiers, no surprise overages. Every client gets the full platform, dedicated analyst support, and all integrations included. Contact us for a quote.
What ROI can I expect?
Our clients typically see a 15–20% improvement in marketing ROI within the first 90 days. This comes from identifying underperforming vendors (most firms find 15–20% of their spend going to sources that don't deliver signed cases), reallocating budget to proven performers, and having the data to negotiate better rates with vendors.
See the full ROI timelineHow does the cost compare to hiring someone to do this manually?
A marketing analyst capable of building and maintaining attribution reporting costs $60,000–$90,000 per year in salary alone, and they still can't match the accuracy or real-time capabilities of an automated platform. RevenueScale costs a fraction of that while delivering more comprehensive, more accurate, and always-up-to-date intelligence.
05
Getting Started
What does onboarding look like?
Your dedicated analyst leads a structured onboarding process: Week 1 covers system integration and data connection. Week 2 focuses on source taxonomy mapping and historical data import. Week 3 is dashboard configuration and team training. By the end of week 3, you're live and seeing actionable insights.
What data you need to get startedDo I need to change how my intake team works?
Minimal changes. RevenueScale automates source tagging for digital leads, so your team's primary workflow stays the same. For phone and walk-in leads, we simplify source capture with dropdown menus integrated into your existing intake system. Most teams adapt within a day or two.
Can I try RevenueScale before committing?
We offer personalized demos using anonymized data from firms similar to yours, so you can see exactly how the platform would work for your situation. While we don't offer a free trial (because meaningful results require integration with your actual systems), most firms see value within the first 30 days and our month-to-month option means there's minimal risk.
06
Security & Data
Is my firm's data secure?
Yes. RevenueScale uses enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. We handle sensitive case data with the same level of care you'd expect from any system in your legal technology stack.
Who can see my firm's data?
Only authorized users at your firm and your dedicated RevenueScale analyst. We never share individual firm data with other clients, vendors, or third parties. Your competitive intelligence stays yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. Upon cancellation, we provide a complete data export in standard formats and retain your data for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it's permanently deleted per your request.
